missingWrote a review on Dec 23beautiful gardenschaotic check-inunattentive dining staff
The gardens are beautifully maintained and tranquil.
During my stay, I found the check-in process chaotic and disorganized, which set the tone for my visit. I was also disappointed by the lack of attentiveness from the dining staff. it took ages to get seated for breakfast, and the food was cold and unappetizing. Additionally, the limited availability of golf carts made it challenging to navigate the hotel grounds during rain, leading to frustrating delays.

The buffet breakfast offered an impressive variety of choices that exceeded our expectations.
The male waiters were excessively loud and distracting while we were trying to enjoy our dinner.

The amenities are impressive, especially the

missingWrote a review on Nov 27luxurious roomserene environmentdining experience
Rooms feature pleasant aromas that create a tranquil environment, and the spacious layout offers a truly luxurious feel. The swimming areas are well-maintained, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and a private retreat from the outside world.
Dining experiences left much to be desired, particularly with breakfast options that lacked freshness, like the watermelon juice with fruit flies and hard waffles. The buffet selection felt uninspired, leaning heavily on standard items that didn't impress, like the tough bulalo and lackluster chicken adobo. I found it cumbersome to navigate the TV setup, needing to reach awkwardly under the cabinet for channel changes, which was irritating when trying to unwind. Additionally, the lack of receipt delivery post-checkout was another hiccup in an otherwise smooth stay.
